Photograph these details
- Take separate, in-focus images of the obverse and reverse.
- Photograph the edge, including lettering or unusual shape.
- Place a ruler beside the coin for scale.
- Use even light and avoid filters, glare and shadows.
- Record every readable date, denomination and inscription.
